Acting on behalf of the Republic of Austria, OeKB provides guarantees for export transactions as well as Austrian foreign direct investments. 

OeKB's Export Financing Scheme (EFS) offers the option of financing exports and investments abroad on attractive terms. From supplier and buyer credits to investment finance the EFS is available as a source of refinancing to domestic and foreign credit institutions that fulfil the rating criteria of OeKB.
